Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund (excluding certain exempt items).
  • You must return items within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Intellectual Property
