14-Day Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item after notifying us.
Extended 30-Day Returns
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging (including tags, accessories, and manuals)
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a return regardless of condition—please contact us first.
Free Returns
- We offer free returns on all eligible orders
- A prepaid return label will be provided
- No restocking fees apply
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@owalaalifeuk.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid label
- Securely pack your item, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier
- Once received, we will process your refund

We operate a UK-based returns centre to ensure fast and hassle-free returns for our UK customers.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as a return authorisation and prepaid label are required.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (as required by UK law)
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days if the item is faulty
- A repair or replacement after 30 days if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
